nonchtech (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a product design, engineering and marketing studio based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it.

Information you give us. When you use our contact form we ask for your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional) and a message describing your project. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the servers that host this site may record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. We do not currently use analytics tools, advertising trackers or tracking cookies on this website.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you give us to:
- reply to your enquiry and arrange a call if you ask for one;
- prepare proposals and discuss a possible project with you;
- keep a record of our conversations with you;
- keep this website secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send you marketing unless you have asked us to.

We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any project we work on together, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. When we no longer need the information we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
